On the 12th March the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education(BAC) awarded the Centre for African Business Education (CABE) accreditation as a Short Course Provider. It is a mark of excellence for CABE’s African Business Management Courses and reflects the commitment of the centre to continue raising standards.
The Faculty and Management of CABE are delighted to have achieved this accreditation as it has added to the profile and credibility of the African Business Management courses and other programmes offered by the Centre.
The BAC accreditation ensures that there is a robust and systematic process for measuring the quality of CABE’s training and learning provision. It has given the Centre access to the international student market with additional links with government bodies and organisations.
An additional benefit of the accreditation awarded to CABE is that international students can now enter the UK to study at CABE on either a 6 month Student visa or a 30 day General or Business Visitor visa.
Samuel Sofoluwe, Head of Human Resources at ETK Group said: “This accreditation attests to CABE’s high standards. With our dedication and the validation from the BAC we will continue to deliver our courses with exceptional quality.”
Centre for African Business Education (CABE): CABE is fast becoming a focal point in the development and exchange of practical knowledge on ‘doing business in Africa’ but also on ‘Africa doing business globally’. Through products such as the unique, UK accredited African Business Management course (ABM) and other programmes developed by ETK Group, CABE is able to provide not just education, but opportunity to all parties interacting with the centre.
At CABE we understand the complex nature of the 54 different countries in Africa and strive to put this into context using our rich case study bank and delivery through our network of Approved Tuition Centres. The emphasis is on practical, on-the-ground knowledge acquired through rigorous research and collation of real data. It is about successfully merging African content and African context with globally accepted standards to ensure that foreign businesses and African businesses can engage with each other more effectively.
The British Accreditation Council: The BAC is the principal accrediting body for private higher education and training centres. The BAC provides a rigorous inspection-based accreditation with the aim of encouraging high standards and quality within independent organisations. The accreditation is recognised worldwide.
